Refund policy
All our garments are on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. As a standard company protocol, across all points of sale, Kudi Pataka Designs does not entertain any return or exchanges, domestic, neither on fresh, sale or made to order pieces, except in case of incorrect product sent from kudi pataka designs or if there has been a delay in the shipping of your order and when the same has not been notified to the customer.
In any issues, the customer must notify kudipataka.in about any such issue, over a call or whatsapp during business hours, but most importantly the concerned issue has to be shared within 24 hours of delivery, on email, along with any pictures if needed. Please do not send back any returns without an email from our side. Any unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization and the customer will be solely responsible to pick up the products sent to us without any prior intimation. Once the returned product is received by us, please be informed, that we reserve sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected product, based on the timelines and on the quality of the returned product.
While returning the product, please ensure that the merchandise is unused and is in a sealed condition as it was received, with all original packaging.
All approved returns or exchanges are given in the form of credit-note, with a maximum validity of 1 year and are redeemable only on kudipataka.in.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
