Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility. You can also choose for a self-pick from our store with prior permissions. DELIVERY POLICIES
kudipataka.in uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.
For all deliveries, kudipataka.in bears the costs of shipping services.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card or send information through email, text or call that delivery has been attempted. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you, it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges will be applicable for further delivery in case the parcel is returned to us.
We do not offer any cash on delivery services.
SHIPPING AND DUTIES,TAXES
We ship worldwide for free.
Products usually reach within Indian destinations between 5-7 business days. It takes about 7-12 days for the product to reach you international locations.
For urgent deliveries, express shipping is available on request and the charges are to be borne by the client for the same. Transit time will be shorter between 3-7 days for express shipping, depending on the location.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
For International orders, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes , which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. In case of these charges, we will not be responsible for the payment, and the customer will have to bear any such charges. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the taxes are paid within the stipulated time and products are cleared for delivery.
